Competition terms and conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Ketsko Limited. Public-facing references to Ketsko refer to the Ketsko brand and Ketsko Limited as the relevant legal entity where applicable.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open only to eligible companies represented by an attendee at the Supply Chain & Logistics Expo in Dublin. It is not open to the general public or to companies not represented at the Expo.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and able to provide business contact details for prize administration and follow-up. Ketsko employees, contractors, event partners directly involved in the promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to enter

To enter, an eligible company representative must submit a business card or entry slip at the Ketsko stand during the event and answer the entry question correctly. No online entry route is available.

The entry question is: “In warehouse operations, what does KPI stand for?” The correct answer is Key Performance Indicator.

4. Entry limit

Only one valid entry is permitted per company. If multiple cards or slips are submitted by employees, representatives or agents of the same company, Ketsko may accept one valid entry only and disregard duplicate entries.

5. Winner selection

One winning company will be selected by random draw from valid entries within 5 business days after the Expo closes. Ketsko may check eligibility, answer correctness and duplicate company entries before the draw.

Ketsko’s decision on eligibility, answer clarity, duplicate entries and winner selection is final for operational purposes.

6. Prize recipient

The prize is awarded to the company named on the winning entry, not to the individual entrant personally. Ketsko may require confirmation that the company is willing to participate in the assessment.

7. Prize scope

The prize is a sample-based Warehouse Operations & Digital Readiness Assessment. It is usually completed remotely and may include interviews, sample document review, process or system walkthroughs, an Operations & Evidence Readiness Report and supporting templates where useful.

The assessment may cover SOPs, site rules, people and role readiness, induction, training records, supervisor sign-off, communication, handovers, records, evidence and digital workflow points.

8. Boundaries

The assessment is not a formal audit, legal review, health and safety inspection, certification assessment, regulatory compliance sign-off, WMS selection project, automation project or full warehouse consultancy engagement.

Findings are intended to support practical improvement planning. Ketsko does not certify, approve or guarantee legal compliance, safety compliance, competence, audit success or customer approval.

9. Winner contact and participation

Ketsko may contact the winner using details provided on the business card or entry slip. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, does not respond, is ineligible or cannot reasonably participate, Ketsko may select another valid entry.

If the winner cannot provide reasonable information, access or participation for the assessment, Ketsko may adapt the assessment to the information available or select another winner where delivery is not reasonably possible.

10. Confidentiality and data

Information shared for the assessment will be treated as private and confidential. Redacted examples may be used and named staff records are not required.

Competition contact data will be used to administer the promotion, contact winners and follow up with entrants where permitted by law and Ketsko policy. Assessment-related data will be handled under Ketsko customer terms and data protection documents available through the Ketsko document hub.

11. Software obligation

There is no obligation to buy Ketsko software. Ketsko may provide information about software relevant to the business, but the report, examples and templates are designed to provide standalone value.

12. Changes or cancellation

Ketsko may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if it becomes necessary for operational, event, legal or administrative reasons. Ketsko may substitute a prize of similar practical value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
