The prize

A clear outside view of readiness, evidence and practical improvement priorities.

The assessment is sample-based and usually remote. It is designed to help warehouse managers understand what is working, where records or follow-up may be weak, and what could be improved first.

1

Operations snapshot

A practical view of the warehouse context, current workflows, roles, handovers and evidence pressures.

2

Readiness view

A structured look at SOPs, people, role readiness, training, sign-off, records and digital workflow points.

3

Evidence gaps

A summary of where proof may be missing, scattered, unclear or hard to retrieve when needed.

4

30-day quick wins

A short list of actions that could improve visibility, consistency or evidence without a large project.

5

90-day roadmap

A practical sequence for improving workflows, records, sign-off and follow-up over the next quarter.

6

Templates where useful

Relevant starting points such as a sign-off checklist, training matrix, SOP register or evidence index where appropriate.

Good fit

Useful where warehouse work depends on SOPs, people, sign-off and records.

The assessment is most relevant for warehouses, 3PLs, distribution centres and fulfilment operations where managers need clearer visibility of current procedures, induction, training records, supervisor follow-up or customer evidence.

New starters, agency or seasonal staff
SOP changes and acknowledgements
Training records and practical sign-off
Customer, manager or audit-style evidence requests

Assessment boundaries

Practical readiness review, not a formal audit or certification.

The prize is intended to identify practical improvement opportunities. It is not a legal review, health and safety inspection, certification assessment, WMS selection project or full consultancy engagement.

Information can be sampled and redacted

Ketsko does not need named staff records or confidential customer details. A useful assessment can usually work from sample SOPs, blank or redacted records, screenshots, walkthroughs and structured conversations.
