Ketsko may process limited technical and usage information to operate the public website, understand page performance and respond to enquiries.

Where Ketsko processes Customer Personal Data to provide services, Ketsko acts as Processor unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

Customer personal data

The DPA controls service processing.

The Ketsko Data Processing Agreement describes the subject matter, duration, processing purposes, security summary, subprocessors, data subject request assistance, breach notification, and return or deletion approach for Customer Personal Data.

Ketsko does not retain Customer Personal Data as an optional post-termination store for ordinary access or use. Residual backup copies may remain for a limited period under backup and recovery controls, but are not ordinary accessible systems for former-customer use.
